On March 13, 2009, the IATSE Local 834 Executive Board declared the following companies “Unfair Employers”.
Please be advised that any employee who has accepted work with these employers while the union has work ongoing shall be immediately suspended and removed from the referral list for a period of not less than one (1) year.
